In this leading SME management style is open and accessible, and team leaders are supportive and collaborative.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce optimal manufacturing methods and cost estimates from engineering drawings and/or digital data, ensuring all relevant information is captured within agreed timescalesProject manage new business, including creation of project plans and associated documentationPrepare clear, concise, and accurate quotations for internal review prior to submissionConduct quick-load assessments for new orders, ensuring all materials, specifications, and requirements are fully capturedComplete thorough contract reviews with a strong “right first time” mindsetNegotiate raw material pricing and place purchase orders as requiredLiaise with suppliers and source new suppliers for outsourced processesProvide technical support relating to methods, tooling, and project managementMonitor contract
