We have an in-house team managing cold email testing. This is on behalf of our high ticket offer where we set up clients with AI implementation agencies. Their strategy to get bookings currently relies on paid media, but we are exploring cold email as a more cost-effective alternative. We currently have 100+ clients who are looking to implement cold email strategies. I am seeking an experienced implementation expert to set up SOPs for both our clients and in-house team to be able to run effective campaigns.
