We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cold Calling Sales Specialist to assist in building our Hubspot (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, generating leads, and managing sales pipelines. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, documenting interactions, and updating our CRM with valuable insights. If you are passionate about sales and have experience in building client relationships, we would love to hear from you! You will cover the following steps: Step 1 - make initial contact Step 2 - Schedule a follow up call with one of our consultants or Sales Managers You will be able to use some existing cold leads within our CRM but you will be expected to find fresh leads and enter these into the CRM. We are looking for multiple people who will be assigned a geographical location. You must be able to work UK hours between 10:00 and 15:00. We pay top % commissions on all work won and this ranges between 12 - 27% of fees.
