GOAL / ICP Book discovery calls with mid-market NY real estate agencies: directors or technology decision makers at firms with 500+ properties (realtors or property managers). First-touch only. WHAT YOU’LL DO - High-velocity cold calling to curated NY ICP lists; identify decision makers; book directly to Google Calendar. - Qualify against ICP (NY, 500+ doors, correct titles). - Send quick confirmations and day-of nudges to lift show rate. - Log every touch, result, objection, and next step in Notion. - Keep a live objection/answer matrix and iterate talk tracks. KPIs: 120-180 dials/day 10-15% meeting rate from live conversations 4-6 meetings/day (burst to 8 on hot lists) 20-30 booked/week; 14-24 shows/week at 70-80% show rate Hard target (week 3+): 18 qualified shows/week (sustained) REQUIREMENTS Clear US/neutral accent; confident phone presence. 2+ years outbound (Real Estate/PropTech/SaaS preferred). US working hours (ET-friendly). Disciplined daily reporting; comfortable with scripts and rapid iteration. TOOLS (WE PROVIDE) Dialer and direct-dial data; Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo/Clay (as needed); Notion for tracking; Google Calendar for bookings. COMPENSATION Hourly + bonus per qualified show; accelerators for exceeding weekly targets.
