We are seeking a confident and motivated Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to help us grow our healthcare and education partnerships. Your role will focus on outreach to: Care homes, nursing homes, and healthcare providers (introducing our pharmacy services) SEN schools and private education groups (introducing our recruitment services) You will be responsible for: Making outbound calls and introducing our services in a professional, consultative way Following a provided script while adapting naturally to conversations Recording decision-maker details, lead status, and call notes in a shared tracker Securing warm appointments for our directors to close Requirements: Fluent English with a confident, professional phone manner Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (healthcare/education sector a plus) Able to work to daily targets and report results consistently Comfortable building rapport quickly and overcoming objections Available to start immediately What We Offer: Hourly pay with bonus incentives for qualified appointments booked Training, scripts, and support provided Long-term opportunity if results are strong
