OverviewWe are partnering with a respected UK housebuilder to appoint a skilled Data Administrator with strong COBie expertise, to support asset data management across a growing portfolio of developments.This pivotal role focuses on the collection, validation, and maintenance of structured data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with both industry and client standards. You will work collaboratively with technical and project teams to uphold the integrity of asset information and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality residential schemes.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in COBie software and a background in property, construction, or architecture, who enjoys detail-driven, collaborative work within a forward-thinking organisation.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain COBie datasets for housing schemesCoordinate with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure accurate and consistent asset informationSupport the implementation of data workflows and quality assurance checksAssist with data reporting and integration across multiple systemsRequirementsExperience working within property, construction, or architectural environmentsProficient in COBie software and structured data processesStrong attention to detail and understanding of asset information requirementsConfident communicator with excellent Excel and data management skillsThis is a part-time opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to major residential projects within a well-established and forward-thinking housebuilder.
