ResponsibilitiesAs a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-specification, small-to-medium batch components for aerospace clients. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact quality and delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances• Work with premium materials: Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, Nylon• Accurately record job timings in the ERP system• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization (6S)• Contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequirements• 4-5 years proven experience in CNC Turning within aerospace or other high-precision sectors• Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls• Comfortable working to tight tolerances• Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience• CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus, but not essentialIf
