Lead a team operating 5 & 6 axis CNC mills, ensure tight tolerances are met, and guide complex engineering projects from drawing to finished component. Aerospace experience is essential. The CNC Team Leader Role:As a CNC Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of CNC Miller Setter Operators, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with an aerospace background who can mentor staff and manage workflow efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support a team of CNC Miller Setter OperatorsAllocate workloads, monitor performance, and provide coaching to team membersOversee the setting and operation of 5 & 6 Axis CNC millsEnsure all components meet strict quality, safety, and compliance standardsRead and interpret engineering drawings, supporting team members in understanding complex specificationsMaintain CNC machines and the machining area to high standardsReport to senior management on team performance, production progress, and issuesContribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives Previous Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Operator with leadership experience
