If you are a passionate and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, precision engineering environment, they want to hear from you About the Role of the Miller;As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, optimising, and verifying complex CNC milling programs using CAD/CAM. Working with leading-edge equipment, including HAAS, Matsuura, and Mazak machining centers, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, high-precision components for a diverse range of industries, including motorsport and Formula 1.Key Responsibilities of the Miller.Develop and optimise CNC milling programs using CAD/CAM software.Create and modify programs for machines running on Fanuc controls as needed.Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications to define efficient machining strategies.Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and fixturing methods for maximum performance.Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines (HAAS, Matsuura, Mazak).Conduct first-off inspections and perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools.Troubleshoot machining issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal output.Maintain accurate setup sheets, tooling records, and program documentation.Collaborate closely with design engineers and production teams to ensure project success.Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufac
