You will work closely with the Machine Shop, Quality, Stores, Planning, Assembly, and Engineering Teams to deliver expected output for the machines.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Setting and operating of CNC Turning 4 Axis machines with a range of program languages including Fanuc, Siemens, and HAAS.Ensure cutting tools are kept to a high standard.Completing detailed quality checks against dimensional drawings using measuring equipment, verniers, micrometers and gauges etc.Pass off 1st off approvals for production run and log & record all measurements on the relevant check sheets.Properly store 1st off and Last off part per in accordance with company standard.Programming transfers from and to the DNC computer system.Recognize, identify, and report all quality defects and equipment failures.Train and develop new team members to the standard required.Ensuring
