- About the role
- Join our dynamic customer success team as a Clinical Solution Consultant (CSC) and help us bring Scopio's innovative solutions to laboratory environments. As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support our equipment and applications from pre-sales through to go-live and beyond, ensuring a seamless integration process.
- What you’ll be doing
- Implementation & Training
- Plan and execute implementation of Scopio applications, integrating with middleware and supplies at customer sites
- Assist customers in meeting regulatory and validation requirements
- Develop and conduct training programs, including workshops and on-site sessions
- Manage the integration process to align with customer expectations and timelines
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the technical team to address troubleshooting issues related to Scopio products, ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Provide both pre- and post-sale technical support, serving as a resource for application-related inquiries
- Customer Satisfaction & Feedback
- Drive proactive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting sales objectives
- Gather and analyze data on customer usage and preferences to inform product development
- Identify critical gaps and product issues, recommending actionable solutions
- Collect ROI data to measure progress and adoption within laboratories
- Sales Support
- Participate in conferences and support the sales team with application demos
- Travel up to 60%
- Requirements
- Experience & Education
- Minimum of two years’ experience in laboratory science, preferably as an Applications Specialist or Medical Technician
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc Hons) in Biomedical Science or a related field
- IBMS Registration Portfolio completed and possession of the IBMS Certificate of Competence, and/or registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Previous experience in a hematology laboratory — required
- Familiarity with the hematology market — an advantage
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Basic analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative team player with a strong customer success
