Working closely with school leaders, teachers, and therapeutic professionals, you will play a key role in shaping an emotionally nurturing and psychologically informed learning environment.Role Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions, developing psychological formulations and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.Conduct detailed psychological assessments, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioural profiles, to support individualised learning and care plans.Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based interventions that promote students’ emotional regulation, resilience, and mental health.Provide one-to-one and group therapeutic support where appropriate.Offer consultation, guidance, and training to teachers, support staff, and leadership teams to enhance understanding of autism, trauma, attachment, and neurodevelopmental profiles.Prepare clear and comprehensive psychological reports, communicating findings and recommendations to staff, parents, and external professionals.Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practice within the school’s psychological and ther
