The Clinic co-ordinator is the backbone of the shop floor, allowing the flow of customers to run smoothly and supporting the clinical team by providing excellent customer communication outside of the test room As you will be the first point of contact for each and every person that enters the store, your role is absolutely pivotal in how we are perceived by our customers Our store?? Based in Watford. The role in a nutshell Provide a clear explanation of the appointment to the customer ensure the customer is comfortable and aware of what to expect at each part of the journeyEnsure all data protection and regularity rules and regulations are explained and followedAll equipment is in good working order and cleaned to the current IPC standard for each customerPerform diagnostic procedures non-contact tonometry, autorefraction and digital imaging OCT scan capturePerform visual field testing and Complete triage forms and liaise next steps with the attending optometristConfirm all appointments booked for the next day What’s on offer??
