Mediation & Client Support Advisor 2 Days WFH + 3 Days in Stunning OfficesWe’ve got a fantastic opening for a confident, forward-thinking candidate who genuinely cares about customer service and getting things right.Working two days from home and three days in my client’s beautiful offices near Ware with the customer services team, you’ll be the calm voice and clever problem-solver who helps customers feel heard, supported, and looked after.You’ll be: • Providing customer services, guidance and support on products and services • Handling customer concerns with patience and empathy • Investigating issues and fact-finding to understand what really happened • Working with suppliers to ensure contracts and service agreements have been fulfilled • Liaising internally to achieve the best resolution for the customer • Using the CRM and internal systems to track cases accuratelyThis role is perfect for someone who’s a natural listener, enjoys digging into the detail, and loves leaving customers feeling genuinely cared for.Hours: 9am–5pmSalary: £24,000Hybrid: 2 days WFH each weekIf this sounds like your kind of role, send your CV today Thank you for your application.
