We're seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to handle communication with one of our English-speaking clients regarding their PPC campaigns. This is a relationship-focused role where your communication skills and professionalism will be more valuable than deep technical expertise. Current Commitment: ~5 hours per month maximum Growth Opportunity: We're actively looking to expand the right candidate's role with additional clients and increased hours as we build a successful working relationship. Your Responsibilities Ongoing Client Communication: - Monitor and respond to client questions in Slack during business hours - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries - Coordinate with our internal team to gather answers and solutions - Maintain professional, timely communication standards Quarterly Client Meetings: - Attend 1-hour Zoom meetings with the client and their team every 3 months - Present pre-prepared reports and performance data - Answer questions professionally (we'll provide all necessary background) - Document any client requests or changes for internal follow-up What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: - Native or near-native English proficiency (this is non-negotiable) - Proven experience in client communication or account management - Professional presentation skills for video calls - Comfortable using Slack and Zoom - Available during overlap with UK business hours for timely responses - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bonus Points: - Experience with Meta advertising or PPC campaigns - Background in digital marketing agencies - Previous client success or account management experience - Understanding of performance marketing terminology What You DON'T Need - Deep PPC expertise (we handle all strategy and technical aspects) - Campaign management experience - Specific industry knowledge - Full-time availability Our Expectations - Professional, clear communication that reflects well on our agency - Proactive internal communication when you need information - Consistency in response times and meeting attendance - Ability to say "let me get back to you with that information" rather than guessing Next Steps Please submit: - A brief cover letter explaining your client communication experience - Examples of professional communication (with client permission if applicable) - Your availability for a 30-minute Zoom interview Important: We will conduct a video interview before hiring.
