  • Ebury Connect is dedicated to helping clients with complex cross-border money flows by providing technology-driven payment automation through our public API stack. We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Architect to join our team and lead our strategy within the travel sector. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, cross-border payments, and API-first product development. You will be responsible for defining and executing our travel offer, identifying key client segments, and ensuring our product stack is competitive and meets the unique needs of travel companies like Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
  • What you’ll do
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision and roadmap for the travel vertical, focusing on integrated solutions delivered via our API stack. You will need to identify client segments to target and develop client personas to guide our product development.
  • Market & Product Expertise: Deeply understand the payment needs of the travel sector and identify gaps in our current product offerings to create a competitive advantage.
  • API-First Development: Work with engineering teams to define and prioritize features for our public API stack, ensuring it supports the specific requirements of travel companies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to gather requirements, prioritize features, and develop go-to-market plans for new solutions.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own the product delivery lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-impact outcomes and a seamless user experience.
  • What you’ll need
  • Experience in Payments & FinTech: You should have significant experience (10+ years is ideal) in the payments, fintech, or FX space, particularly in B2B environments.
  • API & Integrated Solutions: Proven experience defining and executing product strategies for integrated solutions via APIs. Experience with specific payment infrastructure like SEPA, SWIFT, and open banking is a strong plus.
  • Travel Sector Knowledge: Direct experience in the travel sector, understanding the unique cross-border payment needs of OTAs and other travel companies. We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed similar offerings for other payment companies.
  • Product Leadership: A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact outcomes.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: You must be able to define growth strategies, analyze data, and use it to make informed decisions about product development and feature prioritization.
