Client Services Lead, Europe Location London Business Area News and Media Ref # 10045186 Description & Requirements Bloomberg Media are looking for an ambitious, customer-service orientated leader to join our European Client Services team, which manages a range of cross-platform, cross-discipline programmes anchored in custom content as well as integrations and wider commercially strategic partnerships. Strong relationship and project management skills are critical, as you'll be working directly with clients and independently leading project teams from kick off through to completion. You'll need a strong command of our full suite of services and products, as well as analytical expertise around performance data in order to help make the right recommendations to our clients at the right time to drive client success and revenue growth. We're looking for someone who will be viewed by our clients as an extension of their own team: someone who truly understands their business and continually adds strategic value. Although this is an individual contributor role, there is also an expectation for an experienced, operator who is comfortable with senior stakeholders and strategic decision making prowess that leads to improved business outcomes. You will be required to demonstrate outstanding leadership through communication, collaboration, operational excellence and measurable strategic outcomes.
