The Client Outreach Associate will support critical client transition initiatives during a major strategic transformation. This role focuses on enhancing client engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless communication throughout the transition process. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute tailored client communications. Ensure quality control checks throughout the outreach process. Manage client FAQs and engagement trackers. Handle client queries and case management using Salesforce. Produce MI status reports across multiple business functions. Update and maintain the client engagement and transition Playbook.
