Description The responsibilities of the Client Operations Assistant include: Maintaining accurate data across internal systemsAssisting with report production and distributionProcessing client onboarding applications and trade entriesSupporting dealing, settlement and cash management processesHandling client enquiries via email and telephone within agreed SLAsAssisting with reconciliations, payments and ad-hoc operational projects Profile A successful Client Operations Assistant should have: A background in financial services or a related field.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Attention to detail and an ability to work accurately under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.An understanding of the banking and financial services industry.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
