About the RoleLevel: 1 Department: Operations Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent The Client Onboarding and Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth opening, maintenance, and transfer of client accounts. The role involves liaising with Investment Managers and their teams across the business to process account openings, amendments, and transfers for a wide range of account types including General Investment Accounts, ISAs, SIPPs, Offshore Bonds, Trusts, Charities, Corporates, and QROPS. Key Responsibilities: • Review account opening documentation and create accurate client records in the CRM system. • Perform AML and due diligence checks on new accounts and accounts changing service. • Liaise with Pension and Offshore Bond providers to obtain permissions where required. • Assist with transfers in and out of client portfolios and administration of deceased client accounts. • Independently research and
