Paraplanner - Leatherhead area - circa £50,000 DOEFlexible on hybrid approach, need to be based within a reasonable distance of the officeA growing Independent Financial Advice and Investment Management practice are looking to grow their team by bringing on a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to directly support a couple of Financial Advisers and work as the 'right hand' to them, sitting in client meetings and looking after a busy client bank.You will join a long-standing business that is on a growth trajectory and prides themselves on their independent 'whole of market' and people-focused approach to advice.Please note: To be considered for this role you must be Level 4 qualified (ideally via CII) and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.You will have the opportunity to:Directly support with clients on complex casesSit in client meetingsGather research and analyse informationProduct suitability letters and reportsConduct cash flow modelling and presentationsConstruct financial plans with the AdviserKeep up to date with technical, legislative and regulatory changesAssist with the work of the AdministratorsYou are able to progress in this position through guided professional development plans, and the full support to take further Financial Planning exams.What’s needed to be considered?In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have:2+ years of experience in a Paraplanning positionHold Level 4 Diploma in Financial PlanningProven experience of providing quality support to Financial PlannersHave excellent knowledge of investment, life and pensions products and current legislationExperience with cashflow modelling is idealWhat's on offer?Com
