Client Acquisition & Growth Executive (Recruitment Services) – Part TimeSalary:£15/hour (20 hours per week) + Uncapped CommissionLocation:Remote (UK)About UsWe’re a startup recruitment campaign management service helping small businesses run effective hiring campaigns for a fixed fee.We’re now looking for a motivated Client Acquisition & Growth Executive to build our sales engine from scratch — including prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and closing deals.This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who wants to learn how to build pipelines, design outreach strategies, and close B2B clients.The RoleYou will be responsible for generating your own leads using your own tools, methods, and networks (e.g. LinkedIn, email tools, contact-finding tools).You will identify businesses hiring, contact decision makers, book intro calls, and sell our fixed-fee recruitment service.Alongside this, you’ll help shape the sales process, messages, and channels that deliver the best results.What You’ll DoProspecting & Lead GenerationSource your own leads using LinkedIn, job boards, email finders or your networkBuild daily outreach lists of SMEs currently hiringUse your own tools/software for prospecting (e.g. LinkedIn tools, Hunter, Apollo) Send cold outreach messages and follow-up sequencesQualify leads and convert warm conversations into intro callsWe do not provide a CV database. Candidates must be comfortable generating leads independently.Sales & Client ConversionBook and run discovery calls with business owners and hiring manage
