BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

- Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch)

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition from Advisers
- Due Diligence and Client Evaluation
- Servicing Disputes and Adviser Queries
- Adviser Payment Queries and Uplift Requests
- Weekly Reporting and Tracking
You will need:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
- Show excellent attention to detail.
- Working towards set deadlines or targets.
- Ideally experience in handling adviser-related payment queries, uplift requests, and servicing disputes
- Quality check work or have worked to set quality scores.
- An interest in working within financial services/pensions.
- Managed your own workload.
