There are two shifts available which can be applied for separately or together
First vacancy Hours 15 hours per week term time only £13.03 per hour Birmingham Living Wage Rate
Contract type: Temporary to cover maternity leave until October 2026 in the first instance.
Term Time hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 3.00 – 6.00 p.m.
Wednesday 2.15 – 5.15 p.m.
Second vacancy 12.5 hours per week term time only £13.03 per hour Birmingham Living Wage Rate
Contract type: Temporary to cover maternity leave until October 2026 in the first instance.
Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 3.00 – 5.30 p.m.
Wednesday 2.15 – 4.45 p.m.
If one applicant is interested in both shifts, then the 12.5 vacancy can be converted to a morning shift of Monday – Friday 6.00 – 8.30 a.m.
Both jobs will require extra holiday hours cleaning includes two weeks during the summer, one week at Easter and one week in February for deep cleaning of the school site. This means that both roles receive a fixed monthly salary across the year.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has the ability to work within a team but also under direction from Senior Cleaning Assistant and the Site Team Manager
• Has high expectations of themselves.
• Is hardworking and committed to providing an excellent cleaning service.
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential
