Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or hotel cleaning, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per established protocols.
• Replace linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly and replenished as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
