- We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Cleaner to join our team in Newmarket.
- As a Practice Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
- Typical shifts are Monday to Friday 4 hours per week - flexible hours available.
- Competitive salary from £12.21 per hour
About you
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the practice
- Clean and disinfect examination rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff areas
- Properly handle and dispose of medical waste according to established protocols
- Maintain and organise cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards specific to healthcare settings
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
