Job Title: Estate Block Cleaner
Location: Angel, Old Town, Camden Town (London)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 25 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13 per hour

Job Overview:
The Estate Block Cleaner will maintain cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas, including hallways and reception areas across multiple residential locations. The role ensures all communal spaces are swept, cleaned, and kept to a high standard to provide a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and clean communal areas such as hallways, entrances, and reception areas
• Maintain cleanliness standards in assigned blocks on scheduled working days
• Travel between sites around Angel, Old Town, and Camden Town with about 30 minutes allowed between locations
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards observed during duties to management
• Work independently and manage time efficiently to cover assigned areas within allocated hours

Working Conditions:

• Locations are within close proximity with short travel times between sites

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Physically fit to carry out cleaning tasks effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
