Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for people we support and the main offices, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the people we support and team members. Experience of working within mental health will be an advantageDutiesPerform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floorsClean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areasDispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policiesMaintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectivelyReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnelCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer serviceDrive to various locations as required for cleaning assignmentsExperiencePrevious experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essentialAbility to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writingStrong customer service skills to ensure client satisfactionA valid driving licence is needed for travel between sitesExperience of working within care/mental health sectorIf you are a motivated individual who takes pride in your work and enjoys contributing to a clean and organised environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
