In this vital role, you will:

• Support students one-on-one or in small groups to help them fully engage in learning.

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide holistic care.

• Assist in delivering a creative and inclusive curriculum.

• Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and life skills.

• Support pupils with complex learning needs, physical disabilities, and communication challenges.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a caring, patient, and positive individual with a genuine passion for supporting SEND students.

• Experience: Previous experience in childcare, school support, care, or SEN is highly valued.

• Qualifications: Must have a GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.

• Eligibility: Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
