Roles & Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and small group "catch-up" support for pupils who have fallen behind in literacy and numeracy. Leading targeted social and emotional wellbeing interventions to help children regulate their feelings and stay focused on learning. Implementing individual behaviour plans with consistency, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques. Assisting the Class Teacher by preparing bespoke sensory or visual resources for pupils with additional learning needs. Supervising active play and lunch breaks to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive social environment for all pupils. Act
