Your New Role Facilitate all market coordinated DCA audits in DAM and solo audits: This involves organising and overseeing audits of Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs) both in the Delegated Authority Management (DAM) system and individually, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.Run Weekly Syndicate Performance Metrics and engage syndicates where required: This task includes generating weekly performance reports for syndicates and interacting with them to address any issues or areas for improvement.Run the Monthly & Quarterly performance data reports for syndicates: This involves compiling and analysing performance data on a monthly and quarterly basis to provide insights and track progress over time.Manage the creation and storage of Claims Handling Licences for all syndicate claims staff: This task includes issuing and maintaining records of licenses for claims handling, ensuring that all syndicate claims staff are properly authorised.Registration of new DCA relationships with Lloyd's: This involves registering new relationships with Delegated Claims Administrators with Lloyd's, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.Recording and ensuring syndicate completion of all large claims movement reports (FRCN): This task includes tracking and verifying tha
