Insurance Claims Handler Alcester Hybrid Working£35k - £38k Subject to experience We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and progressive insurance firm. They are looking for an experienced Insurance Claims Handler, who prides themselves on delivering outstanding service to client and managing claims from first notification to final settlement.You will be handling a mix of commercial insurance claims for SME and larger corporate clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Insurance Claims professional to gain a foothold within a growing organisation and advance in their career.The successful applicant will enjoy a hybrid working week from home. Therefore, you must be a diligent multi-tasker and able to prioritise a busy and diverse workload whilst maintaining clear lines of communication between clients, insurers, loss adjusters and colleagues.Key Role Criteria:Promptly handle first notifications of claims and positively resolve enquiries from customers, insurers and colleaguesAchieve highest claims delivery standards, maintain productivity, quality and service proceduresMaintain compliance standards in line with FCA and internal procedures at all timesTo be the first point of contact for new claims and provide prompt and accurate adviceMaintain client records with up to date information regarding claims historyAttend and contribute to company meetings as requiredCII qualificationsIdeally have at least 3 years previous commercial insurance claims handling experience
