We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our clients Nottingham office, providing high-quality civil engineering services.The role will primarily support projects within the defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation sectors. You will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, delivering robust technical design solutions within a process-driven environment, and producing complete technical packages from concept through to project completion.Security Clearance Due to the nature of the work, successful candidates must hold active UK SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Play a key role in the commercial and technical delivery of civil engineering projects.Support the promotion and development of the Practice’s civil engineering services.Design practical, efficient, and cost-effective civil engineering solutions that meet client requirements.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity when working with clients and colleagues.Deliver assigned tasks to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgets.Ensure project involvement contributes to high levels of client satisfaction.Maintain awareness of financial targets and contribute to achieving project and business objectives.Work collaboratively to ensure the Manager database is kept up to date with project progress, fees, and forecasts.Assist with the preparation and input of fee quotations and bid submissions as required.Essential Skills, Experience, and QualificationsPost-qualification experience across all aspects of professional civil engineering practice.Experience working across both public and private sector clients.Strong knowledge of building con
