Description About The RoleWe’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team this summer in our Funfair and Soft Play. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our funfair team. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.You will greet and chat to guests as they enjoy their time on our outdoor and indoor funfair rides, as well as our in newly-opened Skyline Gang themed indoor soft play You will ensure our guests' are safe at all times following all health and safety legislation and Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.Typical working hours cover a minimum of 24 hours per week with additional hours required in the school holidays. We have a variety of shifts patterns between 8.30am - 9pm daily.For this role, working Mondays and Fridays as well as over the festive period of Christmas and New Year is required. You must be aged over 18 for this role. This role is fixed term until 5th January 2026.About You You don’t necessarily need any experience to work as part of our team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends (see above for more details on hours).
