Description About The RoleWe’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team in our Buffet Restaurant department. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our buffet restaurant team. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.Typical working hours cover a minimum of 30 hours per week with additional hours over the festive period of Christmas and New Year. You will work a mixture of split shifts: typically for breakfast 8am - 12pm and for dinner 4.30pm - 8pm. There are a wide variety of shifts available on Christmas Day itself between 7am - 7pm. On all other days we are open seven days a week so flexible availability is needed for this role. This is a fixed term position until 2nd January 2026.About You You don’t need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
