Job Description: We are looking for dynamic youth mentors who have a desire to engage, guide and bring a positive influence in the lives of young people in our care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will work closely with your team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop essential life skills and achieve their goals. Please note this role requires a minimum of eight sleep-in shifts per month.
