Job Role: Deputy Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £18.70 - £22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Deputy Manager to cover maternity leave at a children's residential home in Warwickshire, specialising in supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the care team.
• Ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the children in your care.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of care in line with regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience at a senior or deputy level within a children's residential home.
• A QCF Level 3 in Residential Care or a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
