Hours

  • 173 hours per month, working long shifts from 8am–11pm (including sleep-in nights). We are a 365-day-a-year service, with rotas provided well in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.

Pay

  • Competitive annual salary of £31,917.60 – £32,540.40, depending on qualifications
  • (based on £12.60–£12.90 per hour and an average of 8 sleep-ins per month).
  • There are also opportunities to pick up additional shifts and overtime at enhanced rates.

Essential Requirement

  • • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Brick Lane is a warm, three-bedroom children’s home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of residential care, while supporting our young people to enjoy enriching recreational activities tailored to their individual interests — such as cinema trips, swimming, and sports.
