• Job Title: Children's Nurse (Community Role)
• Location: Plymouth and surrounding regional area
• Starting salary of £34,000 plus car or allowance
• Hours of work: Permanent, full-time position

• Our client is seeking an experienced Children's Nurse to provide holistic one-to-one care within patients’ homes. This position allows you to deliver quality nursing tailored to each child’s needs, managing a wide range of conditions including growth hormone and biologic treatments for juvenile arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and psoriasis. You will manage your own daily workload, maintain stock and equipment, and ensure accurate clinical data recording during each visit. A UK driving licence is required as you will cover a regional area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• • Provide holistic, one-to-one nursing care in patients’ homes
• • Administer treatments for a range of conditions including growth hormone and biologics
• • Manage daily workload and maintain stock, supplies, and equipment
• • Accurately record clinical data and report adverse effects via correct protocols
• • Travel across regional area as required
• Qualifications & Experience Required
• • Registered Children's Nurse with valid NMC registration
• • Competent in administration of IV therapies
• • Venepuncture skills
• • Ability to work autonomously
• • Teaching and assessing experience
• • Previous community experience (advantageous)
