An opportunity has arisen for a Children's Home Manager / Registered Manager to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well-structured environment. As a Children's Home Manager / Registered Manager, you will be overseeing the daily running of a children’s residential home and ensuring the service operates to exceptional standards. This is a full-time role offering, flexible working options, a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 and benefits. What we are looking for Previously worked as a Children's Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager or in a similar role.Experience of 1 year supervising care staff within a residential childcare environmentHave at least 2 years of recent experience (5 years) working in children’s homes A recognised Level 3 qualification in residential childcareWorking towards or having achieved a Level 5 qualification in residential childcareAbility to balance leadership duties with strong safeguarding practice This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your management career within a respected care organisation.
