Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Children’s HomeLocation: Liverpool, L11Salary: £13.83 per hour + £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month)Hours: 2 on / 4 off shiftsAbout the Role:We are looking for compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to join our children’s home in Liverpool. You will provide high-quality care, support, and guidance to the children living in the home while working as part of a friendly and dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily care, support, and supervision for children in the home.Assist with education, social, and recreational activities.Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are met.Work collaboratively with your team and follow home policies and procedures.Requirements:Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential.NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred.Ability to work 2 on / 4 off shifts, including sleep-ins.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A caring and patient approach with children.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate: £13.83.Sleep-in payments: £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month).Structured 2 on / 4 off shifts for a healthy work-life balance.Supportive and friendly team environment.How to Apply:If you are passionate about supporting children and want to make a real difference, please get in touch to apply
