We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Deputy Managers to join teams who are committed to making a positive impact on children and young people.You’ll be stepping into a leadership role where you can balance hands-on care and administrative responsibilities, including supporting shifts on the floor and sleeps, while developing your team to deliver the best outcomes for the children.What we’re looking for:Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and 1 year in a leadership role.Level 3 in Children’s Care and NVQ Level 4.Preferably hold Level 5 Leadership and Management.Must be a driver.Strong knowledge of children’s home regulations and ability to ensure compliance across the home.Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.Experience balancing administration and direct care.What’s on offer:Competitive salary £32,000–£40,000, depending on experience.Opportunity to lead and develop your team with autonomy and full support.A role where your work has direct, meaningful impact on young people’s lives.If you’re a motivated, caring leader with strong knowledge of regulations, ready to step into a Deputy Manager position and help shape a safe, nurturing environment for children, we want to hear from you.
