Chief People Officer (CPO)Reports to: COOWe are appointing a commercially focused Chief People Officer to lead the full People function within a growing organisation.As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will align People strategy with business performance and long-term growth. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Talent Acquisition, engagement, development and retention strategyOversee complex employee relations, organisational design and change programmesEnsure full compliance with UK employment legislationDrive succession planning and leadership capabilityProvide data-led insight on engagement, absence, performance and retentionLead People-related activity across restructures, TUPE and M&A integrationTechnical & Professional RequirementsCIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)Degree Educated, 2:1 or above, with solid educational backgroundStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR complianceExperience managing HRIS/HRMS systems and People analyticsSolid understanding of payroll, benefits administration and workforce planningProven delivery of strategic L&D initiativesProfileExperienced People leader with commercial acumenHigh personal gravitas with board-level influenceComfortable operating at both strategic and operational levelsTechnology or telecoms sector experience is strong preference,Confidential enquiries welcomed.
