Hello, We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join us at the pre-investment stage. The role will begin with this contract, focused on reviewing and refining our go-to-market strategy and costings. The successful candidate will participate in investment discussions with the leadership team and, once funding is secured, transition into a full-time leadership role (3 months post-investment). Pre-Investment Responsibilities (Part-Time) Review, refine, and approve the current go-to-market strategy and costings. Validate market entry plans and ensure scalability across target regions. Provide strategic input during investor meetings and funding discussions. Post-Investment Responsibilities (Full-Time) Lead the global marketing and partnerships function. Build and manage a team of country heads responsible for local execution. Oversee partnerships with telcos, financial institutions, creators, and cultural partners. Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through multi-channel campaigns. Define and track key KPIs (CAC, ARPU, retention, LTV) with data-driven decision making. Requirements Senior marketing leadership experience in consumer tech, social, or digital products. Proven track record in using guerilla marketing tactics. Proven track record in developing and executing global marketing strategies, and can back up scalability. Experience in partnerships, cultural marketing, and scaling across multiple regions. Ability to operate effectively in pre-investment and high-growth environments. Strong presence in investor-facing settings.
