Chief Financial Officer (CFO) For Our International Agency Group Location: Remote Employment: Full-time Salary: USD $7,000 – $10,000 per month Start Date: As soon as possible About Us We are a fast-growing group of four digital agencies, collectively processing more than 400+ financial transactions per day. Our operations run across several international entities, including: - US LLCs (primary business activity) - UK LLP - Estonian OÜ - UAE (Dubai) entity Because of our global structure and high transaction volume, we are building a complete Finance Department from the ground up — and we are looking for a CFO to lead, design, and optimize it. Role Overview As Chief Financial Officer, you will be fully responsible for all financial operations across our agencies. You will build and manage a finance team (initially 1–2 accountants) and scale the department according to the company’s needs. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and compliance for all international entities. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy - Build and lead our entire Finance Department. - Manage and hire accountants/finance staff as needed. - Develop long-term financial strategies, forecasting models, and cashflow scenarios. - Create, review and optimize monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, forecasting & budgeting. - Train team members on producing and interpreting financial reports. International Accounting & Compliance - Oversee compliance and financial reporting for: • United States (CPA strongly preferred) • United Kingdom • Estonia • United Arab Emirates (Dubai) - Understand and apply international tax law and cross-border financial structures. - Coordinate with local tax advisors and external partners for audits or filings. - Engage third-party firms where filings require specific local authority. Operational Excellence - Oversee and optimize 400+ daily transactions across multiple entities. - Implement automation tools and workflows to maximize efficiency. - Work within Xero (mandatory). - Continuously improve accounting systems, internal processes, and financial infrastructure. Executive Partnership - Produce weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership: • Revenue per agency • Profitability • Forecasts • Cashflow - Proactively advise on financial strategy, cost structures, and efficiency improvements. - Take full ownership of financial clarity, accuracy, and scalability across the company. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications - 5–7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit at scale. - Strong experience with international tax law and multi-entity structures. - Deep understanding of US accounting; CPA strongly preferred. - Expert-level proficiency in Xero. - Experience building or managing a finance team. - Strong skills in forecasting, P&Ls, cashflow management, and financial reporting. - Experience with financial automation. - Full-time availability. Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience in agencies or e-commerce businesses. - Background in high-volume environments (100+ transactions/day). - Experience with UK, Estonian, and UAE accounting systems.
