The organisation generates approximately £30m in annual revenue, is backed by a minority PE investor, and is entering a phase of accelerated growth, balance sheet optimisation, and strategic expansion. This is a hands-on CFO role with a clear mandate to deliver immediate financial and commercial impact, particularly through capital structure optimisation and value creation initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Leadership Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and long-term value creation.Partner closely with the CEO and Board on financial strategy, performance, and growth initiatives.Provide rigorous financial insight to support commercial and strategic decision-making. Capital Structure & Funding Lead all aspects of capital markets activity, including debt structuring, refinancing, and lender relationships.Deliver near-term ROI improvements through initiatives such as refinancing, balance sheet optimisation, or cost of capital reduction.Oversee relationships with banks, credit providers, and funding partners across the UK and Europe.
