Chief Financial OfficerTalent Finance is partnering with a progressive, high performing organisation in Dorset to appoint a Chief Financial Officer at a pivotal stage of its growth journey. This is a key Board level appointment for a commercially driven finance leader who wants real influence and the opportunity to shape the future of the business.This role will suit a CFO who enjoys being close to the operation, visible on site and actively involved in driving performance, change and long term value creation.The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will take full ownership of the finance function and operate as a trusted commercial partner at Board level. You will balance strong financial governance with forward looking commercial insight, supporting strategic decision making as the business evolves and scales.This is a fully on site role. The organisation is growing, changing and investing, and they require a CFO who is present, engaged and embedded in the day to day rhythm of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver the financial strategy, supporting sustainable growth, profitability and long term resilience.Lead all aspects of financial control, reporting, forecasting and budgeting, ensuring accuracy, pace and commercial clarity.Provide high quality financial modelling and commercial analysis to support pricing strategy, investment decisions, contract negotiations and strategic initiatives.Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, contributing to strategic planning, business development, capital investment and potential M&A activity.Lead, develop and strengthen the finance team, embedding a high performance, values led culture.Build and manage strong relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, investors, advisors and key commercial partners.<
