The Role As Chef Manager at IBS Brecon, you will take full ownership of the catering operation, combining strong operational leadership with a hands-on approach in the kitchen. This is an active role where you will lead from the front, supporting food production and service while ensuring efficient, compliant day-to-day operations. This position offers a strong work–life balance, with a predominantly Monday to Friday schedule. Flexibility is required to support events and functions, including occasional weekends, with overtime paid for hours worked beyond 40 per week.
