Excellent New Chef Opportunity at Popular Country Dining Pub & Restaurant A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based between Banbury & Chipping Norton for a talented Chef de Partie to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen cooks food to 2AA rosette level and prepares meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The role is working from Wednesday to Sunday with 3 nights off per week. You will work for a highly trained and supportive Head Chef. Salary & Benefits Salary £31k + 8-9k in tips so £40k packageStaff Accommodation on site3 Nights off per weekMeals on DutyWork for supportive Head Chef & Owners The Role Reporting to and supporting the Head ChefModern kitchenPreparing meals for lunch and dinner serviceUsing fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 2AA rosette levels The Person You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant, Hotel or Dining Pub with 2AA rosette level kitchen Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator Highly motivated and focused.
