Part of a large group of hotels, this property is a busy operation with a main restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, all-day dining in the bar area, room service, and a VIP lounge, as well as F&B facilities for up to 700 covers. Please note, live in staff accommodation is not available here, therefore candidates should only apply if they are able to commute to the London area daily. What's involved? As Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside a team of skilled chefs in a fast-paced, high-end environment, delivering exceptional quality across multiple outlets, including à la carte dining, banqueting, and room service. You'll take ownership of your section, ensure consistent standards, and contribute to an innovative menu that showcases the best of seasonal, fresh produce. Th
